1. Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 333kd platform and its users (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Member"). These Terms apply to the platform's website, mobile version, and all related services.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The 333kd website and all services provided through it.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile.
• "Balance" — The total of real money and bonus money held in an account.

If information provided at the time of account registration is found to be false, the account will be immediately closed and 333kd reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To become a member of 333kd, accurate and current information must be provided in the registration form. If any of the provided information changes, the member must notify 333kd immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

The platform may request the following documents for identity verification at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal:

• A photo of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed. Submitting false documents is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

3.3 Password & Login Security

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 333kd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• Deposits must only be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are generally sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. The applicable wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Details

The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be forfeited after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If abuse of the bonus system or fraud is detected, the associated account will be closed.
• 333kd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Casino Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are audited by an independent third party.

7. Sports Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 333kd offers a cancellation option in specific circumstances.

7.2 Match-Fixing & Unfair Advantage Prohibited

Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

333kd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment. It is not a solution to financial problems. We encourage our members to play responsibly.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account.
• A cooling-off period or self-exclusion option is available.

In such cases, 333kd is not obligated to always disclose the reason for account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loss arising from security vulnerabilities in the member's own device or network.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account where the member has shared their login details.
• Service disruption due to external causes (such as government restrictions or natural disasters).

In any circumstance, 333kd's total liability to any member will not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the most recent 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions & Notice

333kd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. If a member objects to any change, they may close their account.

The latest version of these terms and conditions will always be available on this page. 333kd is not obligated to store or provide previous versions.
